One-on-one personal coaching

It is the goal of Trailmaster Coaching to enable athletes to reach their potential through daily, weekly or monthly training plans. Using her educational, personal and professional background, Ann Trombely will build a plan that is specific for each individual athlete. These plans will be designed around each athletes schedule and with their goals in mind.

Coached race day: $175 for half day, $275 for full day.

Included in monthly fee:
-- Monthly training schedule
-- One hour-long phone conversation or in-person meeting per month to go over the athletes training log, review goals and discuss what is working and what is not.
-- Weekly email are for those athletes who feel it is important to discuss their weekly training. We will review what you were able to get done in that week and how you felt during your training. This will give more specific information about what should be done the following week.

Included in monthly coaching with one on one monthly training:
-- Monthly training schedule
-- One-on-one training: This is time for the athlete and coach to work on skills, technique, intervals, weight training and/or testing. This training session can be from 1 hour - 2 hours.

Hourly Coaching:
-- Can be used to set up in-person training sessiong in addition to your normal training program at a charge of $60 per hour
-- Clients who do not choose the monthly schedule can work on an hourly plan. This plan will include anything that the athlete(s) want to discuss, pertaining to their training needs.

Included in 6 month program:
-- You will receive an outline of what you should be doing over the entire six months, not a day to day schedule.
-- One bi-monthly hour-long meeting in person or by phone. Details of each contract to be reviewed by client and coach and contract signed at the start of each relationship.
